DESCRIPTION:
ASPIRINA 20 TABLETS are tablets to swallow for headaches. Valid for muscle pain, joint pain, fever, flu and general discomfort.
POSOLOGY:
The dose should be individualized based on the intensity of the pain and the response and tolerability to treatment. It is recommended to always administer the minimum dose that allows control of the painful symptoms.
Adults: 500 mg/4-6 h, up to a maximum of 4 g/24 h.
Children and adolescents < 18 years:
Adolescents > 16 years: same as adults.
Children and adolescents < 16 years: contraindicated.
Elderly: No specific dosage recommendations have been made.
Duration of treatment: Use for the shortest possible period of time to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Once symptoms disappear, the dose should be reduced or treatment should be discontinued.
If symptoms continue for more than 5 days (pain) or 3 days (fever) or if they worsen, consult a doctor.
Missed dose: Take the next dose at the usual time. Do not double the next dose.
